Shipping Policy

We ship all items to the lower 48 USA states via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. As all kits/bags are custom built as they are ordered, please allow 2-10 business days for shipping. Most non kit items ship the next business day.

We ship all international and extended USA destination orders via United States Postal Service priority mail. Please note, international customers may need to pay additional customs, duty or VAT charges to their local municipality. Surv is not responsible for these additional fees. We currently offer shipping to the following international destinations:

  • Ireland
  • France
  • Spain
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Canada

If you do not see your country on the list, please contact us to make a special inquiry. Please double-check the legalities of any items that you order in your local area. Surv is not responsible for any legal issues that you may incur through possession or use of our products.
